主讲人简介：
苟皓东，先后就读于广州外国语学院（文学学士）和外交学院（国际法学士）。1986年进入外交部工作，先后在伊朗、澳大利、厄立特里亚、利比里亚、博茨瓦纳、埃塞俄比亚工作，现任中国驻坦桑尼亚大使馆公使衔参赞。
Graduate from Guangzhou Foreign Language Institue, and Foreign Affairs Academy in Beijing. Mr. Gou joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1986, and since then served various asignments abroad, among which 13 years or so are in African countries such as Ethiopia, Liberia, Botzwana, etc. Mr. Gou Haodong is currently the deputy chief and Minister Counselor of the Chinese embassy in the United Republic of Tanzania.
