Title: “Potentials and Challenges of South-South Cooperation: China’s Assistance to Education and Training in Uganda”
Bio: Sebastian Haug is currently working on global governance and south-south cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Beijing, China. Prior to his UNDP assignment Sebastian did graduate research at the University of Oxford, where he was also member of the Oxford University China-Africa Network (OUCAN).
Sebastian studied at the universities of Berlin, St Andrews and Paris and graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in global governance and diplomacy. He also worked at different research institutes and on anti-corruption programmes for Transparency International in Kampala, Uganda.
